Primula sieboldii
|
This elegant
primrose delights us with bursts of upright pale green foliage
emerging from the soil in early spring and then amazes us with
numerous stems topped with flowers in pinks, whites and purples.
Japanese hybrids have produced a variety of flower color and
shapes—all of them tantalizing. P. sieboldii will form large colonies
over time & you can help it along by dividing clumps every spring.
Summer dormant. |
